Fabulous quality product but improve your info on duty payable
Absolutely top marks for the quality and colour of the blanket (I bought 4). But please improve your communications on the duty payable!
UPS turned up once with my parcel but went away with it because i hadn't paid the duty due and i refused to pay the £49 without knowing more about it.
I emailed Urbanara who confirmed it wasn't a scam and that i had to pay £49, then Urbanara would refund me via Paypal. So i paid UPS online. Received nothing to confirm my payment nor any comms about a re-delivery. Parcel finally turned up 4 days later. Now waiting for Urbanara to refund me. What LOT of time this has taken. And UPS had to visit twice. I almost cancelled the order when i sent UPS away. All this could have been avoided if the Urbanara website or order confirmation spelled out the duty payable (and is then refunded) aspect, so i'd have done that ASAP then UPS need only have visited me once. Confusingly, the order confirmation says taxes all included, hence my suspicion about this being a scam. This is an EU Exit confusion which i assume Urbanara hasn't got to grips with yet and instead the customer is feeling the pain!

Just what I wanted
The fabric is light but cozy, I love the colour of this blanket, looks great on my green velvet sofa. Will probably purchase a couple more for other rooms.
