Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter: Lumaland Inc, 

2. Entry to the Prize Draw (“Prize Draw”) will close at 23:59 on 13th October 2021. Entries received after this will not be considered.

3. The Prize Draw is open to United States residents only.

4. The Prize Draw is not open to employees of Lumaland Inc, Remodelista, their immediate families, its agencies or any organisations associated with this Prize Draw.

5. This is a free entry draw for URBANARA US Instagram followers. No further purchase necessary. To qualify for and enter into the Prize Draw, the entrant must follow the entry stipulations (follow @URBANARA.US on Instagram and leave a comment on the giveaway post)

6. The winner will receive a $500 URBANARA gift card, alongside a second $500 which will be given to a nominated friend per the winner’s choosing.

7. The Prize is as stated and is non-transferable. No cash alternative will be provided.

8. The winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries and will be contacted directly by URBANARA by [date tbd]. The decision of URBANARA will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

9. Winners will have 2 weeks from the date of first contact from URBANARA to claim their prize. If there is no response after 2 weeks, an alternative winner will be selected.

10. URBANARA will not be responsible for the non-inclusion of entries as a result of technical failures or otherwise, including any such failure which is within the control of URBANARA.

11. Proof of submission of entry is not proof of receipt of entry.

12. URBANARA reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any person it finds to be tampering or to have tampered with, the operation of the Prize Draw or to be acting in violation of these terms and conditions.
