All orders are safely sent using UPS or DHL depending on the destination.

A unique tracking number and UPS or DHL website link will be emailed to you by our customer service team so you can check your order’s delivery progress and status.

Orders of several items will be shipped together – this may delay shipping time on “ready to ship” items. For further queries, please contact us.

We want all our products to end up in happy homes. If you don't absolutely love your order, please don't hesitate to send it back – you have 100 days to return any item from your order, no questions asked. For more information please see our returns policy.

    Products with a ‘ready to ship’ status (shown on the product’s dropdown) can be delivered internationally within approximately three weeks, while products with a longer delivery time shown online will take longer to ship (don’t worry, it’s worth the wait!).

    Depending on the product/s and quantities, we can to ship to the United States, Canada and Australia at the following flat rates:

    • Package up to 5 kg - 39.95 € (includes tracking and insurance)
    • Package up to 10 kg - 54.95 € (includes tracking and insurance)
    • Payment can be made either securely by credit card over the phone, or our customer service team can send a PayPal payment request. You are not required to have a PayPal account for this method.


    Often customs and/or import duties are charged once a delivery reaches its international destination. Any such fees must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. Unfortunately, URBANARA has no control over these charges and cannot inform you what the cost may be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. If in doubt, we recommend contacting your local customs office for information before ordering.
